Deleting your data in CyberTrophy is a straightforward process:
Step 1: Sign in to the CyberTrophy app.
Step 2: Open
Settings.
Step 3: Go to
Accounts & Data.
Step 4: Choose “
Delete account and all data”
Step 5: Tap “
Proceed” and follow the instructions.
Alternatively, if you have no access to the mobile app, you can submit your request using our web support portal:
- open account deletion web form, fill in the details and submit the form
- If the link is not showing the data, disable content blockers and reload the page
Our support team will handle your request after that.
Please note that once your account is deleted, all trophies and other data associated with your account will be permanently removed.
